Do you require a contract?

No, we never require you to sign a contract with us and you may cancel your cleaning service.We offer the most professional cleaning service each visit. If you are happy with our services, please recommend us to your friends. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied please do let us know so we can come back and correct the issue for you.
Please note there will be a minimum fee of 50% of the clean price if the service is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to cleaning.


Do I need to provide any cleaning stuff or equipment?

No! All cleaning products and equipment will be provided by us. We use only professional and high-quality cleaning materials.


How can I pay for the cleaning service?

We appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning service. We accept cash and bank transfers (up to seven business days).


Can I request for the special cleaning job or for an extra time?

This is absolutely acceptable. Please call us in advance for special requests (ex. after renovation, deep cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, inside of the oven and fridge, interior windows, additional rooms), then we can schedule an extra time to make this additional service for you.


What can you guarantee to each client?

We guarantee you will be fully satisfied, but if for some reason something does not satisfy you please inform us within 24 hours and we will do everything to have the problem resolved, with no additional cost.We guarantee your every matter/query will be solved within 24 hours.
We guarantee quality of service. Our staff will not smoke, watch TV, or talk on a personal phone during the cleaning time. Each team is supervised by a leader who is responsible for ensuring that cleaning is done perfectly according to our cleaning standards. We also systematically follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the quality service we provide.

What are the procedures for security?

Most customers give us a key to their home, but other methods of entry can be determined, if necessary. We pay a great attention for the security!
Our cleaners have been instructed policy to lock the door while we are cleaning and to not allow access to unknown people. We also clean houses when owners are in.


What does not include in cleaning service?

If you have items you prefer, we not clean or handle, please let us know and we will avoid those items.

Our staff have been instructed they cannot:

  • climb higher than a step stool
  • work on the outside of your property
  • move furniture that contains electronics
  • lift any objects over 10 kilos
  • prepare meals
  • provide any pet or children-related services.


What is your responsibility for the property damage and accidents?

Our cleaning staff treat your home with the most care. However, if something gets damaged or broken our team is instructed to call straight away to the management. Our cleaners leave a note informing you of the accident. If the item cannot be repaired, we will make all effort to replace it.
We are not responsible for damage due to the faulty or incorrect installation of items. Please inform us if any things in your home require special attention.
Also, please let us know about something irreplaceable or sentimentally valued. The best way to protect these items has put them in safety place on the day of cleaning or if you wish, we will not clean them at all.


Can I cancel or reschedule the cleaning service?

We understand plan change. We ask you for contact us no less than one day before your scheduled cleaning. If you request a reschedule, we may not be able to provide your request with the same cleaning team you are usual too.


Can I book your service on Holidays?

We do not provide service on New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
We will contact you roughly one month before the scheduled cleaning time to arrange an alternative day for that week if your cleaning day comes on a holiday.
